F) GLEN G. GUTTRY, ELKO COUNTY COMMISSIONER

F.1) Discussion and consideration to recognize Commissioner Glen Guttry for his service for the past 6 years as the Elko County District 3 Commissioner. Commissioner Gutty served as Commission Chair in 2016 and 2013. During his tenure, he also served as Commission Vice-Chair, Road Commission Chair and on several boards and committees. Previous to his County service, he served on the Elko City Council for 12 years and on several community organizations.

G) ENHANCED 911

G.1) Discussion and consideration of the appointment of 2 additional members to the Enhanced 911 Board, that will oversee the Enhanced 911 surcharge, including the creation of the master plan. Previously, the County Commission directed that the Board be expanded to 7 members. West Wendover Police Chief Burdel Welsh and Spring Creek Association President Jesse Bahr are recommend for appointment.
