F.1) Discussion and consideration to recognize Commissioner Glen Guttry for his service for the past 6 years as the Elko County District 3 Commissioner. Commissioner Gutty served as Commission Chair in 2016 and 2013. During his tenure, he also served as Commission Vice-Chair, Road Commission Chair and on several boards and committees. Previous to his County service, he served on the Elko City Council for 12 years and on several community organizations.
