M) CITY OF ELKO

M.1) Discussion and consideration to convey APN 001-412-002 to the City of Elko. In 1966, the City sold this parcel to the County for one dollar. The City of Elko proposes to combine the parcels for the City shops complex. The parcel is currently used as primary access to the City of Elko Public Works yard and shop area.

N) UNINCORPORATED TOWN OF JACKPOT

N.1) Discussion and consideration of received bids for the Jackpot Recreation Center Building Mechanical Upgrade Project. Elko County received two responsive and responsible bids. Both Bids were considerably over the approved budget.
