F.1) Pursuant NRS 361.765, subsection 3, discussion and consideration of approval of amendments to the tax roll to strike off the amended taxes, which have been deemed uncollectible.

G) ELKO COUNTY FISCAL AFFAIRS

G.1) Fiscal Year End Adjustments - Review, discussion and authorization of routine Year End Adjustments that pertain to all Elko County Funds that do not require action by official resolution, but must be included as part of the official record. (NRS 354.598005(5) a,b.c.)

G.2) Pursuant to Public Notice 19-2016, conduct a public hearing to act on Resolution 05-2016 to augment the Elko County General Fund Budget. Pursuant to NRS354.598005(1) whereby the Board is required to hold a public hearing for augmenting the budget of any fund that Ad Valorem tax is allocated to, this resolution is to recognize unanticipated resources received in Civil Filing Fees collected by the Justice/Municipal Court and who will be utilizing these fees to pay for employee costs associated with technology updates. Also, the resolution recognizes Prisoner Fees collected by the Sheriff's office that will be utilized to pay for authorized Capital Expenditures.

G.3) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 06-2016, Augmenting the 2015/2016 Budget of the Elko County Ambulance Enterprise Fund. Since this fund is NOT allocated Ad Valorem Tax revenue, no public hearing is required, however a formal resolution is required. This Resolution recognizes unanticipated Ambulance Fees collected and will allow for the additional appropriation to pay for costs associated with the fees charged by the billing company.
