I) BOARD OF COUNTY HIGHWAY COMMISSIONERS
I.1) Discussion and consideration of a request from Dawn Leyva, City of Elko Parks & Recreation Department, to budget for improvements in the next fiscal year to bring the road from North 5th Street to the Snobowl turn off up to county standards.

I.2) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 04-2016, A Resolution Consenting to Relinquishment and Land Transfer Agreement for the surplus of a parcel of land located on the Bull Run Creek Road. The parcel would be transferred from NDOT back to Elko County as part of the bridge replacement project.

J) NEVADA DIVISION OF PUBLIC AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
J.1) Discussion and consideration of the public health services contract with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public and Behavioral Health. This contract would be effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 and would be at a cost of $1,339.94 dollars per month. The service would include collaboration with the County to manage infectious diseases.

K.1) Discussion and consideration of a letter of support for HR 4739, a bill presented in the US House of Representatives by Utah Congressman Rob Bishop to provide conservation and preservation measures of the Greater Sage Grouse by facilitating State recovery plans.

L) NEVADA OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
L.1) Review of Attorney General's Office response to Open Meeting Law Complaint A.G. File No. 13897-174. The Nevada Attorney General's Office conducted an Open Meeting Law complaint investigation. The Elko County procedure for the selection of a Public Defender was in accordance with Nevada’s Open Meeting Law and was not a violation.

M) FISCAL AFFAIRS
M.1) Review and possible consideration for Elko County Fiscal Affairs to assume accounting and Human Resources activities for the Central Dispatch Administrative Authority (CDAA). The contracts to perform these services for CDAA is approximately $15,000.00.
