    My name is Nicholas S. Czegledi, and I reside at 224 Holyoke Place. I oppose the conditional use permit for a "Guesthouse" at Kehoe's property, commonly known as 703 Holyoke Drive, Spring Creek, Nevada. The term "Guesthouse" brings to mind a commercial venture or a place for paying guests. The Kehoe's currently access their property, which is not part of the Spring Creek Association, via Spring Creek Roads, which they do not pay for. Allowing them to run a business on their property would increase traffic on Spring Creek Roads, and again, they do not contribute to or pay for Spring Creek Roads. If they or their business traffic were to access their property via Hog Tommy Road, I would not be opposed; as is, I am opposed. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter, Nicholas S.
