I.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a Liquor License for Matt and Kayla Myers doing business as 5 Myers Ventures, LLC at Muley's Bar and Family Grill located at 254 Spring Creek Parkway, Spring Creek in Elko County, NV.  The applicants have completed the necessary application and provided the required documentation, including a fully executed lease agreement for this location.   Jason Schroeder, doing business as Punko One, LLC, has not renewed his liquor license for Muley's Bar and Family Grill and is no longer associated with the establishment.The Elko County Sheriff's Office has completed a background investigation and recommends approval.

    My name id David W Perkins I just have a couple things to say. I do think that Matt & Kayala Myers deserve To have Muleys in full control. Just as Jason Schroeder is out of it in Full. Jason Schroeder is under Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and it means a repayment plan to all creditors. If Jason was out in full of Muleys I could see that Matt and Kayala could make Muleys as a great place they are hard workers. But I see Jason trying to swindle me out of $300,000 Dollars out of me. Which I have paper work to prove that. If Matt and Kayala have full control of Muleys they will do a great job at making Muleys a place thats great in Spring Creek
