A. Jackpot Recreation Center Re-Roofing Project In accordance with Public Notice 43-2015, Invitation to Bid, Jackpot Recreation Center Roof Replacement, consider awarding the project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bids were opened for staff review on September 3, 2015. The work consists of the complete removal of the existing roof system and removal of all damaged or ineffective existing roof insulation. Replacing with a new roof membrane, including flashing, coping, gutters and downspouts, and counter flashing. Insulation will be replaced on an as-needed basis. Recycling the old roof debris is a bid alternate.

B. Hayden Field - Jackpot Airport Public Hearing - Increase of Leased Land for Aircraft Storage In accordance with Public Notice 45-2015, conduct a Public Hearing regarding a request for the purpose of the possible approval of an Amendment to Resolution No. 21-2006 which regards a currently leased section on the Jackpot Airport property. The property is currently used for aircraft storage. The amendment will increase the square footage of the leased land from 0.184 acres (8,000 square feet) to approximately 0.2789 acres (12,150 square feet) and will continue to be used for aircraft storage.
