A. Jackpot Recreation Center Re-Roofing Project In accordance with Public Notice 43-2015, Invitation to Bid, Jackpot Recreation Center Roof Replacement, consider awarding the project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bids were opened for staff review on September 3, 2015. The work consists of the complete removal of the existing roof system and removal of all damaged or ineffective existing roof insulation. Replacing with a new roof membrane, including flashing, coping, gutters and downspouts, and counter flashing. Insulation will be replaced on an as-needed basis. Recycling the old roof debris is a bid alternate.
