Road Dedication Request for a Parcel Map - 2015-7000-17 Discussion and consideration of approval of a Road Dedication request for public access but not for maintenance for the Antony Robert Brill and Diane Elisabeth Brill Parcel Map located in Sec. 5, T. 36N., R. 57E., MDB&M approximately 5 ½ miles north of the Ryndon Exit on I- 80 on Coal Mine Canyon Road.

Road Dedication Request for JLJ Ranches Unit No. 3 - 2016-7500-0001 Discussion and consideration of approval of Road Dedication requests for public access and public utility easements but not for maintenance for the JLJ Ranches, Unit No. 3 subdivision.  Road dedication requests are for Third, Fifth, Seventh and “H” Streets located in Sec. 11, T. 37N., R. 69E., MDB&M, approximately 18 miles north along Pilot Valley Road and south of Montello, Nevada.

A. Hayden Field - Jackpot Airport Discussion and consideration for authorization to purchase a Hanger Building from the Diane and Richard Olsen Estate for $7,000. The building has been located on Jackpot Airport property for several decades. Last August, the County Commission reviewed this issue and requested that the Jackpot Town Advisory Board review and make a recommendation to the Commission. The Town Advisory Board recommends the purchase of the building for the reduced price of $7,000.

B. Recreation Center Organizational Restructure Proposal Discussion and consideration of the re-organization of the management of the Jackpot Recreation Center in which the Recreation Center Program Manager will directly report to the Jackpot Public Works Director. This proposal includes a 10% ($6,059.50) salary increase for the Public Works Director, the reduction of the Assistant Recreation Center Program Manager position, reduction of part-time positions, reduction of hours of operation during little or no historical facility use periods and a modest increase of user fees for better operational efficiency and a significant budget reduction. The Town Advisory Board has reviewed and recommends approval of this proposal.
