E.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of the 2023 Justice to Assistance Grant award and purchase of a baggage scanner with the awarded funds for the Juvenile and Family Court at a cost of $26,350 with no match required.   Commissioners approved the application for this grant on September 20, 2023.
