3.A) Discussion and consideration of a request to create and hire a Personal Property Appraiser in the Assessor's Office. This is a request for a new position which is currently not budgeted.

3.B) Discussion and consideration of a request for the Sheriff's Office to cover the cost of salary and benefits for the Animal Control position currently dedicated to Spring Creek for fiscal year 22-23. The total cost for salary and benefits for FY23 is approximately $76,225.   The cost of salary and benefits for the position is currently being covered pursuant to an agreement with Spring Creek Association.  The Association notified the County they do not have the funds to cover the position after June 30, 2022.  The Association will re-evaluate their financial position to continue to pay for the position in their next budget year.
