D.1) Discussion and consideration of a Plaque of Appreciation to Linda Bingaman for her years of service to the Elko County Fire Protection District upon her retirement.

D.2) Discussion and consideration of a Plaque of Appreciation to the Spring Creek Association for cooperating with Elko County to respond to the 2020 COVID-19 Emergency and allowing Annette Kerr, Spring Creek Association Vice-President, to divide her time and expertise as the former Emergency Manager to address the COVID-19 impacts to our Communities.

E) COVID-19 UPDATE

E.1) Discussion and consideration of issues related to the COVID-19 Health Emergency including but not limited to local, federal and state directives, Elko County Health Officer and emergency management operations and activities, public health implications and impacts to the local economy.

E.2) Review and possible approval of Elko County Small Business Grant Program applicants related to the CARES Act funding.

F.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a contract for engineering services for $61,000 with Far West Engineering for the Metropolis Road Improvement Project.  This is less than the amount budgeted for engineering the project.
