N) NEVADA ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES

N.1) Discussion and consideration of opinion of a proposed additional dues structure cost for all member counties that is based on PILT funds. The additional cost is being considered based on NACO's increased involvement in public land issues. Currently the county pays about $18,700 in dues at the beginning of the calendar year. The additional cost would be $13, 943.

O) NORTHEASTERN NEVADA REGIONAL RAILPORT

O.1) Discussion and consideration of the sale of eight (8) acre feet of Permitted Northeastern Nevada Regional Railport Water Rights to Port of Elko LLC for commercial, industrial or domestic use on properties within the Northeastern Nevada Regional Railport Master Plan boundary.

O.2) Discussion and consideration of a proposed amendment to the Savage Services Concession agreement. Savage is changing their name to Savage Industrial Railway and is requested the agreement with the County be updated to reflect the new name.
