I.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of the Elko County Special Assessments District Guidelines. The purpose of the guidelines is to outline the circumstances under which the County will consider participation in this type of financing for new developments involving one or a small number of private property owners who intend on developing their property for residential, commercial, industrial or other beneficial use.
