G.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of an Agreement for Legal Representation of Minor Children in the County of Elko, State of Nevada for NRS 432B (abuse and neglect) and NRS 159 (guardianship) services between Washoe Legal Services and the Fourth Judicial District Court and Elko County for a fixed amount of $30,000 annual for a two year period with a caseload of 80 children.
