F.2) Discussion and consideration to approve an independent contractor agreement with Jayde, LLC to provide administrative and consultative services for the Elko County Sheriff's Office.   The independent contractor will provide administrative and consultative support related to NCIC and NCJIS compliance, including quality control of records, audit readiness, policy and procedure support, training coordination, and liaison services with state and federal authorities.  These services are intended to ensure accurate data entry, regulatory compliance, and reduced liability exposure.  All law-enforcement related decisions, will remain the responsibility of sworn personnel.   These services are currently budgeted.
