M.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a grant award from the Nevada State Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) in the amount of $109,500 to support transportation services for older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers.  The program helps individuals live independently and remain active in the community.   The grant covers approximately 8% of total salaries and benefits for transit employees and includes a required local match of $16,425, which is currently budgeted.
