J.1) Discussion and consideration to provide a nomination for potential appointment to the Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) Board.    The Nevada Clean Energy Fund was established in 2017 under NRS 701B as a nonprofit organization to accelerate financing for clean energy projects that improve the quality of life for Nevadans, reduce energy costs, create jobs, and address climate change.  This rural county representative will become vacant on October 31, 2025, and nominations are requested from Nevada's rural counties by November 17, 2025.   Appointed board members serve a three (3) year term and may be reappointed for additional terms.  NCEF's bylaws require the Board of Directors to meet on a quarterly basis.
