Two quotes were obtained for the project: ScanProNV - $23,475.00 US Imaging, Inc. - $25,644.92 The Treasurer recommends awarding the project to US Imaging, Inc. US Imaging previously worked with the Treasurer's Office to digitize the tax rolls for Fiscal Years 1864 through 1984 and has demonstrated the ability to retrieve archived images accurately and in a timely manner. Funding of up to $25,000 was approved in the FY26 capital projects budget for this project.
