Pursuant to Notice 2025-40, the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to discuss and consider Conditional Use Permit Application No. 25-007, submitted by Savage Infrastructure, LLC, requesting approval to transfer hazardous and/or explosive materials from railcar to truck in order to comply with the State of Nevada Chemical Accident Prevention Program (CAPP) requirements as outlined in NRS 278.147.
