Pursuant to Notice No. 2025-39, the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to discuss and consider Master Plan Amendment Application No. 25-001, submitted by Maridek, LLC, requesting to amend the Spring Creek/Lamoille Master Plan to change the land use designation from Commercial and One-and-Two Family Residence Districts (R1) to Agricultural-Residential (AR) District in order to develop single family residential parcels, in compliance with Elko County Code Title 4, Chapter 2, Section 3.
On September 18, 2025, the Elko County Planning Commission reviewed Master Plan Amendment Application No. 25-001 and recommended approval.
LOCATION: APNs 006-31E-092, 006-31E-093, 006-31E-094, 006-31E-095 and 006-31E-096, a portion of Section 32 T. 34 N., R. 56 E., M. D. B. & M., County of Elko, State of Nevada.
