G.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the capital purchase of two (2) 2026 one-ton crew cab trucks with service bodies.   Funding for the purchase was approved in the Infrastructure Tax Plan adopted on July 2, 2025.  Two quotes were received:   Gallagher Ford - Two (2) 2026 Ford F350 crew cab trucks with service body at $63,959.31 each; total $127,918.62 Elko Motor Company - Two (2) 2026 Dodge Ram 3500 crew cab truck with service body at $59,275.00 each; total $118,550.   Staff recommend approval to purchase two (2) 2026 Dodge Ram 3500 crew cab trucks from Elko Motor Company as the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
