K.1) Discussion and consideration of a request from the Elko Redevelopment Agency's request to direct the County Treasurer to give notice of the intent to sell the property at 837 Idaho Street (APNs 001-273-004 and 001-273-005) to the last known owner or heirs or devisees of the last known owner of the property in the manner provided by law. Pursuant to NRS 361.603, the RDA determined that acquisition of this property would serve a public purpose and has applied to this Board to being the process of acquisition.
