J.3) Discussion and consideration of approval to enter into an agreement with Grant Mercantile Agency (GMA) for the purpose of handling the Elko County Ambulance bad debt collection accounts.   The department has shopped multiple agencies by questioning their approach, collection statistics and knowledge of Nevada Laws.  GMA is well-versed in current credit reporting laws and brings a professional yet respectful approach to collections. Their expertise and sincere engagement with individuals make them a suitable partner.
