I.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Report and Expenditure Plan for the Assessor's Technology Fund.  Janet Iribarne, Elko County Assessor, estimates $ 221,201 will be added during the 2024-25 fiscal year and $879,608 available for expenditure in the 2026 Fiscal Year. Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 250.085(4), on or before July 1 of each year, the County Assessor shall submit to the Board of County Commissioners a report of the projected expenditures of the money in the account for the following fiscal year.  Any money remaining in the account at the end of a fiscal year that has not been obligated for expenditure reverts to the county general fund.
