R.1) Discussion and consideration of a request from the Elko County Treasurer for support of Assembly Bill 133 (AB133), which establishes a dedicated technology fund for county treasurers.   As indicated by Cheryl Paul, Elko County Treasurer, and the letter provided, the proposed legislation is critical to improving the efficiency, security, and accessibility of financial operations in our county and she urges the Commissioners to support to the proposed legislation.   This bill was first heard on March 20, 2025 by the Assembly Government Affairs Committee with no action taken and was amended and do passed out of the same committee on April 10, 2025.
