J.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a Liquor License for Colleen Thompson doing business as DZs Three Putts, LLC located at The Klub, 401 Fairway Blvd, Spring Creek in Elko County, NV.   The applicant has completed the application.  The background investigation has also been completed by Elko County Sheriff's Office.    After thorough review, staff does not recommend approval of the license because the application is lacking three letters of recommendation as required by Elko County Code, unless majority of the Board states for the record that they are sufficiently acquainted with the applicant and that they feel such letters of recommendation would not aid in their determination of the applicant's fitness for a liquor license.
