This transfer is in accordance with NRS 244.2815, which permits the conveyance of property for less than fair market value for economic development purposes. Jackpot has a housing shortage and many employees who work in Jackpot commute from Twin Falls.  SummitEdge has completed a preliminary lot layout, showing the subject developed with 146 single-family residential homesites, with an average lot size 8,587± square feet and 10.20± acres (18.4%) as open space.
