N.3) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with JD Judd to provide Family Preservation Court and Healthy Families Program, the Juvenile Drug Court Program and the Juvenile Healthy Families Program and any additional services requested by the District Judge, Court Master, or Drug Court Coordinator.   Responsible for maintaining/managing a caseload for the above Specialty Court Programs. The Family Engagement Specialist will provide support and professional guidance for court participants and give recommendations to the appropriate Treatment Court teams.   The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the Fourth Judicial District Court and Judge Simons.    The costs included in the agreement are fully covered through grant funding.  The agreement is required to be reviewed at least every three (3) years.
