N.1) Discussion and consideration to renew an Independent Contractor Agreement with Aspire Grant Solutions from January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 to provide grant assistance and support on behalf of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Department 3, Specialty Court.   Services include research and development of needs statements, creation of objectives, outcomes and evaluation techniques, project description, creation of budgets and addendums and completion of Office of Management and Budget standard forms.   Post-application work such as funder meetings/webinars, budget revisions, requests for modifications, and draw requests is also included.   The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the Fourth Judicial District Court and Judge Simons.    The cost of the agreement is fully covered by grant funding.
