I.2) Discussion and consideration to approve the acceptance of the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Violence Against Women (OVW), Fiscal Year 2024 Rural Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program grant award in the amount of $700,000 over three fiscal years beginning October 2024.This funding will support the Great Basin Children's Advocacy Center (GBCAC) in continuing to provide direct services to victims and their families.The Board of County Commissioners approved the grant application on April 3, 2024 and no matching funds are required.
