D.1) Discussion and consideration to accept the donation of 2008 Rosenbauer Wildland Urban Interface Fire Engine from the City of Elko.  In 2006, Elko County and the City of Elko made a joint purchase of the fire engine which was used by the City of Elko Volunteer Fire Department.  Earlier this year while responding to a structure fire, the engine had a catastrophic engine failure, requiring the engine to be replaced in order to be put back into service.Elko County Fire Protection District would like Elko County to accept the donation of the Fire Engine and use infrastructure tax funds to replace the engine to put it back in operation within the District.
