K.1) Discussion and consideration to approve reclassifying the part-time transportation position with Get My Ride in Jackpot to a full-time position.    The current medical provider at the Nevada Health Centers clinic is leaving forcing many to have to travel to Twin Falls for medical care.  Telemedicine services will still be offered at the clinic, but does not meet the needs of the community.  Nevada Health Centers is recruiting for a new medical provider, but has been unsuccessful so far.   Get My Ride Transit Service who currently covers the cost of the service in Jackpot, would cover 75% of the cost of the full-time position with the remaining balance of $15,327.02 being funded through the Unincorporated Town of Jackpot's Contingency Fund.   The Elko County Budget Committee met on September 11, 2024 and recommends the approval to reclassify the position to full-time.
