M.1) Discussion and consideration to select a consulting firm to conduct a study of the public radio systems in Elko County as part of the E-911 5-year strategic plan. The E-911 Advisory Board solicited proposals from qualified firms and individuals. Eight responses were received and reviewed by the advisory board. The E-911 Advisory Board recommends selecting Federal Engineering and CTA Consultants to complete Phase 1 of the project. E-911 funds have been budgeted to complete the study. - Elko County, NV
