M.1) Discussion and consideration of sending a letter to the incorporated cities and the Television District encouraging each entity to consider reducing a portion of the additional ad valorem rate each respective entity levied in Fiscal Year 2023 in effort to help fund school district capital projects.   When the voter-approved school district capital funding expired June 30, 2022, the following entities, through action of their individual governing boards, increased their respective ad valorem tax rate made available by the pay as you go funding expiring:   Elko County - 50 cents City of Carlin - 20 cents City of Elko - 20 cents City of Wells - 20 cents City of West Wendover - 20 cents Television District - 5 cents
