H.2) Pursuant to Notice 2024-01, discussion and consideration to award the bid for Lower Lee Road Full Depth Reclamation and Paving Project, Public Works Project (PWP) EL-2024-113 to lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder, Granite Construction Company for the amount of $1,237,244, including an alternative bid for the replacement of two cattle guards and installation of 12" corrugated pipe culverts along the Lower Lee Road.      Three (3) bids were received. The base bid results and alternative bids for Lower Lee Project are as follows:   Great Basin Engineering Contractors: Base Bid $1,270,958.48 and alternative total $91,904.64   Granite Construction Company: Base Bid $1,144,144.00 and alternative total $93,100.00   Q&D Construction: Base Bid $1,572,000.00 and alternative total $98,000.00   Engineer's Estimate: Base $1,218,100.00 and alternative total $101,320.00   The project was approved in Amendment Six of the Infrastructure Tax Plan approved by Elko County Board of Commissioners on May 18, 2022.
