    Submitting a placeholder comment; a formal email was sent to the Elko County Planning Commission conveying existing water rights information related to the gravel operations, and concerns about surface-ground water interactions in the area. In summary, I would support a zoning change if the applicant or other entity can demonstrate that the expanded gravel operations would have no impact to water quantity or quality on the Northfork of the Humboldt.
