N.2) Discussion and consideration of a request from Elko Justice Court to review the compensation for the Assistant Court Administrator position and reclassify the position from hourly, non-exempt to Salary, exempt and from a Grade E11 - Step 10 to a Grade E13 - Step 7 based on the increased responsibility and supervision of court personnel, including the bailiffs.   The net cost of increase to salary and benefits is $4,188.60 for 12 months. The budget committee reviewed the request on January 10, 2024 and recommends approval of the reclassification as well as made a recommendation to staff to consider changing the job title of the position to distinguish it from other similar court staff job titles.
