G.1) Discussion and consideration of an interlocal agreement and utilities grant with the City of Elko that would allow for the drilling and construction of a well and pipeline that will provide water for domestic purposes for the City and will support the operations of the Elko County Motorsports Park. Under this agreement, the County will transfer ten acre-feet of permitted underground water rights to the City to support the Motorsports Park operations, while the City will provide any other water rights needed to be serviced by the well.
