L.1) Discussion and consideration of a request to reclassify two Wells Justice Court - Court Clerk positions.  Judge Calton is requesting to reclassify one position to a Court Administrator and one position to Lead Court Clerk.   The total cost to reclassify both position is $17, 298.38.   The increased cost of these positions can be offset by re-directing the budget for the part time position which has remained unfilled and through other budget funds for Wells Justice Court.   The Budget Committee reviewed the request on October 11, 2023 and recommends approval.
