G.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of an additional Exhibit from the opioid litigation the State of Nevada and most of its political subdivisions, are participating in to recover the allocation of proceeds from companies involved in the manufacturing and distribution of opioids leading to the national opioid crisis.   While Elko County elected not to participate in the litigation, the County still receives a distribution of the proceeds to assist in addressing the crisis at a local level.
