I.1) Discussion and consideration for approval to purchase a fuel card lock system for the Elko County Roads Department after quotes were requested for a card lock system, equipment and installation to located at the Elko and Wells shops.   Two quotes were received. Hunt & Sons, Inc. at $22,594.50 for equipment and installation of Fuel Cloud System, and L.A. Perks Petroleum Specialists at $20,978.00 (installation) and Northwest Pump at $17,974.00 (equipment) for the Fuel Cloud system for a combined total of $38,952.00,    The Elko County Road Department recommends purchasing equipment and installation through Hunt & Sons, Inc. for $22,594.50.    Elko County Board of Commissioners approved the purchase of a fuel card lock system for $25,000 with the capital purchases on the May 17, 2023 board meeting.
