I would like to express my support for the extension of the REACH Air service agreement to allow them to continue to provide scene service to critical calls. I have provided a letter of support for your review as well. We have such a need for air transport services in our area due to the nature of both critical medical calls and the traumatic injuries that occur in industrial settings, recreational settings, vehicle accidents, and the multiple casualty accidents we have in our area. It is vital to keep both services here to serve both our population and our geographic areas efficiently. Even with two services here there are times that both are not available and if you take one away, we will be leaving our communities unprotected for critical care that can truly make a difference in someone’s life. I encourage you to support the extension of the REACH Air service agreement to help protect all of us including your family members. We never know when we might need them for someone important to each of us.
