J.1) Discussion and consideration of a request to reclassify the current Administrative Assistant position in Community Development to Administrative Secretary due to an increase in the responsibility and complexity of assigned work/projects. This would be effective in the current fiscal year, at a increased cost of $1,373.69, which can be absorbed in the current department budget, and would be included in the next budget at the new grade/step.   This reclassification was recommended for approval by the budget committee at their April 21, 2023 meeting.
