K.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of a request to reclassify the Public Works Technician positions to the same grade as the Facilities Maintenance Worker positions due to combining leadership and tasks of the Public Works and Buildings & Grounds departments.   The impact to the current year for the is estimated at $5,266 for both positions, which can be absorbed in the current budget of the Public Works Department.  The positions will be budgeted at the new level in the upcoming fiscal year.
