K.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a request to promote two Accountant I positions to Accountant II positions based on completion of Primary Governmental Accounting Series of courses.    These are merit-based promotions based on the completion of courses.    This will allow for current staff to be able to perform all duties in the office at the Accountant II level. This can be absorbed in the current year budget of the Comptroller's Office and would be included in next fiscal year's budget accordingly.
