M.1) Discussion and consideration of approving a grant award for the 2022 OJJDP Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program Grant.  The approved award amount is $750,000 for the performance period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2026.This grant is for the Fourth Judicial District Court, Juvenile Drug Court of Elko County to enhance substance use disorder and mental health treatment for juveniles.    The purpose of the project is to reduce recidivism and substance use among juveniles by implementing evidence-based practices to address behaviors that have led to court involvement.  Project objectives will address gaps in treatment services by expanding substance use treatment, mental health treatment, medication management, family engagement, case management and recovery supports.
