    We are opposed to the proposed revisions to Elko County Code 4-2-3
    The proposed revisions/possible residential establishments belong under the title of Commercially Zoned property, not Agricultural Resdential.
    Roadways in rural Elko County that are zoned for Agricultural Residential were never created for these types of proposed establishments, nor can the roadways adapt or change to safely accommodate increased traffic.
    The roadways, streets and easements are laid out according to a residential setting, not based on where a business could be in the future.
    Lastly, the noise pollution these proposed establishments bring on a daily basis to a quite residential area is not conducive to the peaceful rural atmosphere people have spent years creating in these areas.
    For the reasons listed above we oppose ALL of the proposed revisions.
