    We have been building in Elko County for the past 14 years .
    We would like to thank the staff of the building department for their support throughout the years.
    We support the County adopting the 2018 codes. Most specifically that the 2018 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) shall be adopted for reference. And I want to emphasize the wording, REFERENCE. When approached regarding concerns with the IECC he listened and respected our concerns not only as builders but what it means for the consumer.
    We greatly appreciate that the County Building Department and the County Building Official, Thomas Ingersoll has the knowledge and common sense that not everything that the big boys do is the best approach for our Community and that not every builder is the same.
